If an item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label may help us evaluate the issue.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
After an order has been processed and shipped, available tracking information will normally be provided electronically.

RETURNS & PRODUCT ISSUES
If you would like to request a return, please contact us before sending the product.
This allows our customer service team to review your order and provide the appropriate return instructions.
For products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the item ordered, contact us and provide relevant supporting information.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable policy, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, refund or return instructions.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After we issue a refund, your bank, credit card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.
